Valley View Suite is the perfect getaway for 2,
but can also accommodate 1 small child. The owners live on the main level of the home with their two children.  They are respectful of their guests’ need for privacy and peace and quiet, but are available to assist you when necessary.

Deposit, Cancellation and Refunds

VI Hotel tax of 8% is included in all rates.  No charge for one small child.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation for this home. The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation.  Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, all monies are  refundable if the home is re-rented, less 20% administrative costs.

We highly recommend Travel Insurance.
